We define how
brands show up.
MADE PUBLIC is a Social Media and Brand Communication agency. We build brands that are relevant, coherent and recognisable — in the places where people actually form an opinion about them.
Not a content calendar. A brand direction.
Most social work starts at the end: what do we post on Tuesday. That produces output, and output without direction is what makes a brand look like ten different brands over a quarter.
We start at the other end. Position, visual identity, tone of voice, creative direction — decided once, written down, and then applied to every platform, every format and every campaign.
What you get isn’t a stack of posts. It’s a public image you can recognise, defend and keep building on, whoever is publishing that week.
Four things we hold to.
Direction before output
A feed without direction is a pile of decisions nobody can defend. We set the direction first, then everything else has something to answer to.
Coherence over volume
Recognisable beats frequent. Every piece should look like it came from the same place, whoever made it and whatever platform it lands on.
Everything you publish builds your brand
There is no neutral post. A story, a reply, a grid slot — each one moves the public image somewhere. We’d rather it moved on purpose.
Built to be recognised
We don’t chase the spike. We build the thing that makes the spike worth something: an audience that knows who you are next time.
Madrid
Based in Madrid, working everywhere. Remote by default, in the room when it matters.
Brands that want to be known
Hospitality, fashion, food and drink, music, wellness, property — anywhere the public image is part of the product.
Retainer or project
A monthly retainer for the always-on work, or a one-off project for a repositioning, a launch or a campaign.
Brands are made
in public.
If that’s going to happen anyway, it may as well be designed.
